Urgent Care

About Urgent Care

For immediate care without an appointment, AFM Urgent Care provides a convenient solution. Onsite services include care for acute injuries and illnesses—such as cuts, sports injuries, flu, or as an occasional alternative to a scheduled office visit—when it just can’t wait.

We now have three locations that offer urgent care, featuring extended weekday and weekend hours.
