This internationally acclaimed off-road triathlon event draws up to 400 of the world?s finest athletes and puts them through a grueling test of stamina. One of Hawaii?s oldest fairs takes place at the Wailuku War Memorial complex with the Maui county fair.? This four-day event features carnival rides, island crafts, livestock and flower shows.
You?re sure to see some high fliers at the EA Sports Maui Invitational.? Hosted by local favorite Chaminade University, some of college basketballs top teams hit the hardwood to take home one of the season?s first titles.? Make your way to the Lahaina Civic Center for your chance to be a part of this exhilarating three-day Thanksgiving week tournament?
For a weekend in November, Hula O Na Keiki is held at the Ka`anapali Beach Hotel. Young hula students from Hawai`i and around the world compete in interview, dance, chant, and costume categories.
And while Santa gets ready to ride on his sleigh, the elite of the women?s surfing world get ready to ride their shortboards up and down the huge swells of Honolua Bay.? The Billabong Pro Maui wraps up the women?s season and shows off some of the best surfers in the world ripping it up at this legendary Maui surf spot.
